On a vacation to Mexico I slipped on a wet floor at a resort shortly after arriving. After going to the hospital in Mexico for examination I
was told that I had infact broken my knee cap in two places. The pain of the injury was bad enough let alone the medical bills that followed.
I had to get an emergency flight home once I was cleared to fly to get better care in the US. I was out of work for more than 6 weeks and the

"Over the past few years, I have been dealing with a very messy real estate contract regarding my house in San Cristobal de las Casas.

Thank you so much for all your help.
I have been fighting with Pueblo Bonito for a refund on my entire deposit and have not been successful. The resort refused to return any phone calls
or respond to any of my emails. I was very frustrated since my credit card company was not willing to help me with the dispute I filed as well.
My credit card company said they could not honor the dispute because the contract stated I was not entitled to a refund of my deposit if I cancelled.
I knew that in Mexico the law is if you cancel in 5 days (which I did) regardless of the contract you by law are entitled to a refund, but the resort
ignored me and the law. I have been fighting this tiring battle for four months. I was getting calls from a debt collector. I was on line looking for
some sort of information as to how to proceed when I saw your agency. It noted you help with timeshare fraud. I called and you responded quickly.
You were honest and efficient. You got back to me the same day after forwarding my information. You promised to work with me and let me know exactly
what you could help me with. Upon agreeing to work together your associate immediately contacted me and began tireless calls to the resort.
Raul your associate updated me weekly, sometimes daily.
Within one month, and I worked on this for four months, you were able to have my whole deposit credited to my card and the contract cancelled.

"When you are on vacation and have an accident it really spoils your holiday. If it happens in Mexico,
and you don't speak Spanish, you really have a problem. My wife broke her ankle which required immediate surgery

"While in Puerto Vallarta, my husband and I attended a timeshare presentation for Grand Miramar in Conchas Chinas. We already owned a timeshare with
Grand Mayan, which we didn't really want anymore. Grand Miramar was a beautiful property that interested us. The sales rep for Grand Miramar made
many promises during the presentation, the main ones being guaranteed sale of our existing times share with Grand Mayan and guaranteed rental
income for renting out Grand Miramar weeks.
After signing the paperwork, we went online the next day and found multiple blogs from people that Grand Miramar made the same promises to, but
never received any rental income and their existing timeshares were not sold as promised, so they were now stuck with two timeshares.
Others had tried to cancel their contracts within five days after signing the paperwork but Grand Miramar said they couldn't because they had
to do it in person or they had signed a "satisfaction letter" that waived their right to cancel their contract.
Because we had returned to the US and we had also signed a "satisfaction letter", we feared we would not be able to cancel like so many before us.
We immediately started looking for a lawyer and found Carlos Hernandez-Ojeda specializing in Mexican Law. Carlos's response and dedication to our
case was amazing. He knew exactly what to do. He had us send cancellation letters by different means within the 5 day cancellation period allowed
by law. When Grand Miramar responded we could not cancel, Carlos took over, sending demand letters and filing with PROFECO on our behalf.
Because of his immediate action, dedication and diligence, we were refunded everything, which amounted to approximately $25,000.
