Carlos is a licensed Mexican Attorney specialized in Mexican Real Estate and Corporate laws.
After several years of practicing as an Attorney in Mexico City, Carlos relocated to Austin, Texas to pursue his Master of Laws degree (LL.M.)
from The University of Texas at Austin, School of Law, where he graduated in 2004.
His main areas of studies in American law were business, contract and immigration law.
His transactional experience as a Mexican Attorney include
counseling clients buying Real Estate in Mexico (border and coastal properties),
incorporation and organization of new businesses in Mexico, review of transactional matters, cross border financing and other Mexican law related matters.
Because of his experience in Real Estate in Austin and after working for American law firms, he understands the needs and expectations of American clients
when retaining a Mexican Attorney.
